FIRE CLOISONNE EMBLEMS


Cloisonne, or so-called hard enamel, is the thousands years old heritage of China. It is a kind of natural mineral substance of high stability. First we strike the metal (usually copper) into the shape. Second we fill the cloisonne powder into the slots of the emblems. Then we heat the emblems to more than 800 centigrade degree. After heating, we do some polishing and surface treatments. Its features is as below:
